Qualifications: Pensacola State College is seeking a qualified art historian to teach in the Visual Arts Department. Successful candidate must be able to teach a variety of lecture classes including Art History I and II, Humanities Art, and Art for Non-Majors. Minimum qualifications: Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a MFA or a master's degree and 18 graduate hours in a related field and at least three years of teaching beyond graduate school. Successful results of a criminal background check are required. Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations.
