Logging In To PirateMail

Remember to use your full
student email address to log in.
Example:
PSCstudent@students.pensacolastate.edu

Your default password is LoginYYYYMMDD!

  1. The entire word Login with capital L.
  2. Replace YYYY with your birth year.
  3. Replace MM with your birth month.
  4. Replace DD with your birth day.
  5. The ! (exclamation point) is part of the password and must be included at the end.

If your birthday is March 5, 2001 then your password is Login20010305!

By logging into PirateMail, you agree to abide by the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for checking your PirateMail at least twice a week in accordance with the Student Handbook. It will be used by your instructors as well as the administrative offices of the College to provide important information.

What is PirateMail?

PirateMail is Pensacola State College’s student email system. It is the primary means of communication between the college and our students.  Powered by Microsoft Office 365, PirateMail provides access to email, calendaring, OneDrive and Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

The PirateMail account will remain active throughout a student’s enrollment and for three terms after the last term of attendance.

Who is eligible?

All currently enrolled students for college credit classes at Pensacola State College are given an email account. New students will receive their email address the day after their application has been processed.

Forgot Your Password?

Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.  You may register for Microsoft’s self service password reset at https://aka.ms/ssprsetup. You will need to know your current password in order to register the first time.
