PSC Fitness Centers

Fitness Centers are available at the Pensacola and Milton Campus for students and the general public.

Our Mission

To raise the level of awareness of the general public about the relationship between lifestyle and health and give people information and tools to help them be more self-reliant in matters of health and fitness.

How to use the L.I.F.E. Center

Current PSC students can enroll in Concepts of Life Fitness, HLP-1081 (3cc) or visit ce.pensacolastate.edu then click Fitness
& Wellness to register for the Express Student Orientation to the L.I.F.E. (fitness) Center (current Student I.D. required).

How To Become A Member

Sign up for classes on the Continuing Education site at https://ce.pensacolastate.edu/.

Before you can start using the fitness center, you must get checked-off on the equipment.  Available times to get checked-off on the fitness equipment:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  8:00 – 9:00 AM
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:  6:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 AM
