Join us for our second annual “Be the Light, Walk to Fight” event to honor those who are still fighting, and those who have lost the battle to suicide. Come walk a mile and write messages of hope along the PSC track. Our community partners will be out there with us with great resources and information. The Veteran Student Success Center and the Florida Veterans Support Line are hosting the second annual “Be the Light, Walk to Fight” event for Suicide Awareness Month.
Thursday, September 28th | 9 am -1 pm
The event will be at the Pensacola State College (main campus) track, where vendors can set up their tables and tents with resources for the community. This event is open to everyone! If you would like your organization to participate, please fill out the vendor form and email it back to jkies@pensacolastate.edu and christy.myers@uwwf.org by Friday, September 8th. We look forward to seeing everyone there! And please feel free to share this event!
