The Pensacola State College Milton L.I.F.E. Center will hold a community open house on Monday and Tuesday, September 17 and 18, from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. in building 4000 on the PSC Milton Campus, 5988 Hwy 90 in Milton.
The event is open to the public and residents of Santa Rosa County and the surrounding communities are invited to tour the facility, which includes a fitness center, indoor track and gymnasium. The L.I.F.E. Center will be showcasing new equipment and fitness center staff will be on-hand to provide information and assist visitors in enrolling in community fitness orientation classes.
Seventy-four Pensacola State College students were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) during a ceremony held Thursday, Sept. 6, in the Student Center.
Pensacola State College invites you to “An Evening with Lydia Loveless” on Friday, Sept. 28.
Blessed with a commanding, blast-it-to-the-back-of-the-room voice, Loveless will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. in Ashmore Auditorium, Building 8, on the Pensacola campus, 1000 College Blvd.
“Gratitude is not an emotion, it’s a verb,” declared Pensacola State College cybersecurity student Kiley Godwin. “You can feel like you owe somebody all day long, but it isn’t gratitude until you express it in some way.”
Godwin said he’s working hard to quantify his gratitude with a number – 3.72.
