Pensacola State kicks off annual United Way giving campaign

Do you want to make a difference in your community? Now is the time, Pensacola State has kicked off it 2017-18 United Way of Escambia County fundraising campaign and the college and community need your support. Campaign co-chairs – Butch Branch and Michael Listau – say any amount will help the United Way assist neighbors and friends and even our students here.

PSC students advance to 2018 SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference

Pensacola State College will be well-represented at this year’s SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference. More than 40 Pensacola State students won 19 gold medals, 11 silver medals and four bronze medals at the Region 1 SkillsUSA Conference held in February. The students will compete in the SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference set for April 29-May 2 – which Pensacola State is hosting.

Campus Safety Month 2018 scheduled to begin March 1

Do you know how to defend yourself if attacked? What about how to respond during an Active Shooter situation? Or can you protect your most personal information from online hackers?

In March, Pensacola State College is hosting its second Campus Safety Month 2018 with speakers, workshops, seminars and sessions to address these concerns and more. Events are scheduled at all campuses – Pensacola, Milton and Warrington – and the Century and South Santa Rosa centers.
