Workday Employee Overview

Workday is a full suite of software products for human capital management, payroll, finance, and student (recruitment, admissions, academics & curriculum, registration, student records, and financial aid). Workday corporate customers include Adobe, Bank of America, Denny’s, Johnson & Johnson, NetFlix, LinkedIn, Rolls-Royce, Sony, Toyota, Visa, and Warner Music Group.

Workday allows employees to manage:

  • Student academic plans, progress, registration, and academic requirements.
  • Business processes.
  • Student holds.
  • HR-related tasks and more!

Training & Resources

In Workday, what one person can see and do depends on their job role and security. If you need access to a specific Workday action, report, or task related to your job responsibilities, search for Create Request in Workday and select Request for Security. Complete all fields. These may be submitted for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Your request will route for approval, or you’ll be contacted for additional information. You’ll receive notification of the approval in your inbox.

What functions do faculty and staff have in Workday Student?

Access and Support

How do I access Workday Student?

Workday Student is the same as your HCM and Payroll Workday app. Visit MyPSC, log in, and click the Workday icon on the homepage.

How can I get help using Workday Student?

Does Workday work with any internet browser?

Yes. Any browser will work to access Workday (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.).

I can't access certain data or actions in Workday to perform my job. How do I request access?
