In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, Pensacola State College will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, for the Presidents’ Day state holiday
The Pensacola State College Homecoming celebration will now begin with Pirate Spirit Day on Tuesday, Feb. 17, following the Presidents’ Day holiday. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to dress like pirates on Tuesday, wear the school colors of blue and green on Wednesday, and don their PSC shirts on Thursday next week.
Homecoming games are set for Wednesday, Feb. 18, when the Pirates face Tallahassee State College with Women’s Basketball at 5:15 p.m. and Men’s Basketball at 7:30 p.m. Between the games, this year’s Homecoming Court will be presented, and the 2026 Homecoming Queen and King will be crowned.
Homecoming activities are scheduled as follows:
Tuesday, Feb. 17 (Pirate Spirit Day)
- Pensacola Campus Homecoming Breakfast Celebration — Pancake bar at 9 a.m., Bldg. 5 gazebo;
- Pensacola Campus Staff vs. Students Basketball Game — Pregame hot dogs at 12:30 p.m. and game at 1 p.m., Hartsell Arena, Bldg. 3;
- Pete the Pirate Scavenger Hunt — Find Pete the Pirate posted around all campuses and post a photo on social media with #PSCHomecoming2026 for a chance to win a prize.
- Pensacola Campus Night Class Homecoming Celebrations — Pizza and drinks at 5 p.m., Bldgs. 4, 1/27 and 12.
Wednesday, Feb. 18 (Blue & Green Spirit Day)
- Alumni Association Homecoming Tailgate — Lawn games, inflatables, music and food at 4 p.m., Bldg. 3 parking lot, Pensacola Campus;
- Homecoming Basketball Games (vs. Tallahassee State College) — Women’s Basketball at 5:15 p.m. and Men’s Basketball at 7:30 p.m. with Homecoming King and Queen announced between games at Hartsell Arena, Bldg. 3, Pensacola Campus.
Thursday, Feb. 19 (PSC Shirt Spirit Day)
- Warrington Campus Homecoming Celebration — Games, bingo and lunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Bldg. 3600;
- Milton Campus Homecoming Celebration — Lawn games, bingo and lunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Bldg. 4200;
- Homecoming Celebrations for the Century Center, South Santa Rosa Center, Truck Driver Training Facility and Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Facility at 12 p.m.
