Doan, who recently earned her associate in science degree in nursing, comes from a long line of healthcare professionals. “My grandmother was a nurse, my father is a nurse, and my sister-in-law is a nurse,” Doan said following Pensacola State College’s Summer Pinning Ceremony held Aug. 3 at First Pentecostal Church of Pensacola.
