Four years ago, Pensacola State College’s Charter Academy opened on the Warrington campus with 42 high school juniors and seniors. Of that “charter” group, 17 graduated in May 2023, with five of those seniors also earning associate degrees while others received transferable college credits.
The College’s District Board of Trustees will vote on the fee changes at the Tuesday, November 18, meeting set for 4:00 p.m. on the Pensacola campus. Pensacola State College has promoted Hailey Lotz to executive director of athletics and alumni, a role in which she will continue to make a transformative impact on the college community. Lotz previously served as the executive director of development for alumni and athletics, where she led efforts that more than tripled Pirate Club memberships, increased major gifts for athletics, launched the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2019, and advanced the alumni matching scholarship program to establish endowed scholarships.
