Pensacola State College faculty, staff, graduates, their families and friends began to gather at the Pensacola Bay Center around 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, to celebrate one of the most important milestones of these graduates’ lives.

Bradley Tarter’s pathway to medicine began with his passion for giving back to the community in October 2019. A regular volunteer at the Health and Hope Clinic in Pensacola since that time, Brad has accumulated around 524 volunteer hours, loaning the charitable organization his time and talents, according to Executive Director Sally Bergosh.

The second annual Holiday Art Market, hosted by the Visual Arts Department at the Anna Lamar Switzer Center for Visual Arts, provided shoppers with the opportunity to purchase unique gifts for their loved ones (or for themselves!), crafted by Pensacola State College students, with 100 percent of the proceeds directly supporting the artists.

As the holiday season quickly approaches, the PTK Beta Beta Gamma Chapter at Pensacola State College has wrapped up another year of generosity, with their annual “Cards & Socks” Collection for Homeless Veterans proving to be a complete success.

Pensacola State College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate degrees and associate degrees. Pensacola State College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
