Hailey Lotz, Executive Director of Athletics and Alumni
PENSACOLA, Fla. – Pensacola State College has promoted Hailey Lotz to executive director of athletics and alumni, a role in which she will continue to make a transformative impact on the college community.
Lotz previously served as the executive director of development for alumni and athletics, where she led efforts that more than tripled Pirate Club memberships, increased major gifts for athletics, launched the Athletics Hall of Fame in 2019, and advanced the alumni matching scholarship program to establish endowed scholarships.
Her ability to connect with alumni, student-athletes and supporters has made her a key figure in PSC’s mission to enhance athletic and alumni engagement.
In her new role, Lotz will serve as the primary point of contact for PSC’s Athletics and Alumni Association. She will oversee community relations, corporate partnerships and intercollegiate relationships. She will also lead athletic fundraising initiatives in collaboration with coaches and the PSC Foundation; support Florida College System Activities Association events; coordinate Booster Club and Champions Club activities; and manage alumni engagement efforts through events, sponsorships and social gatherings.
Lotz will continue to serve on the President’s Council, representing the college in both public and private sector engagements while supporting PSC’s growth in athletic and alumni advancement.
Before joining PSC, Lotz worked with Operation Blessing International’s U.S. Disaster Relief team, where she helped coordinate recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina and other disasters. At age 20, she was named national volunteer and programs manager and was recognized as an Unsung Hero of Louisiana in 2007 by Volunteers of America.
She later expanded her service to include hunger relief initiatives in major U.S. cities and helped develop the Future CEOs program for at-risk teens in Norfolk, Virginia.
Lotz is a graduate of the Leadership Pensacola Class of 2023 and serves on the Loyalty Credit Union advisory council and the Pensacola MESS Hall board. A proud Pensacola State College alumna, she is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of West Florida.
Her promotion reflects both her past accomplishments and her vision for the future of PSC athletics and alumni relations.
