decorative image of Lumberjack , Lumberjack Festival brings crowds to Milton campus 2023-11-07 11:34:01The 34th Annual Lumberjack Festival and Northwest Florida Forestry Conclave was held Oct. 21 on Pensacola State College’s Milton campus.

The Lumberjack Festival featured dozens of competitors in events ranging from Axe Throw and Bow Sawing to Pole Toss and Compass and Pacing.

Navarre High School captured the Grand Overall High School category. Other winners were:

  • Grand Overall High School Champion: Ian Greiner
  • Grand Overall Women’s Champion: Leslie Bynum
  • Grand Overall Men’s Champions: Chris Sawyer and Brian Schumann.
