Visual Arts Department is proud to announce a new exhibition display, Foundation(s), which will be on view at the Pensacola State College Foundation (Bldg. 17) through December 12, 2025. This group exhibition highlights the exceptionally talented student award-winners from the Pensacola State College 2025 Annual Student Art Awards Exhibition and represents the various art mediums and degree plans in the Visual Arts programming at the College.

Get in the holiday spirit with the annual AFC Holiday Door Decorating Contest!! Attached are a few doors/contest winners from the past for ideas. ALL departments/programs at any of our PSC campuses/centers are encouraged to participate in the Holiday Door decorating contest. Door decorating deadline is Friday, December 12, 2025 by noon. Doors will be judged (in person, unless there is inclement weather) that afternoon by a few of our PSC students! Here are the main rules/info:

• Judging Criteria (PSC Student judges): Creativity, Complexity, Overall Appeal, Holiday Spirit
• Department/Program entries only (no individual entries)
• Only one door per department
• Only the door will be judged (surrounding walls/area will not count)
• All PSC campuses can and are encouraged to participate
• Prize for 1st place is a $50 gift card for your department and bragging rights 😊.

Please send a picture of your door via e-mail to Erin Roush (eroush@pensacolastate.edu) for our judges to review on or before noon on Friday, December 12, 2025. Please include your department/program name and location/room number in the email. We are looking forward to seeing the creative and festive doors this year!
