Online Transcript Requests
Pensacola State College is pleased to announce the implementation of online transcript requests. You may now request official copies of your transcript using SPYGLASS, the online student record service. Here’s how it works:
- Access your Spyglass record at www.pensacolastate.edu by clicking the Spyglass icon on the landing page.
- Log in to your Spyglass record using your Pensacola State ID number (or SSN) and your PIN/password.
- Click the TRANSCRIPTS menu button (fifth button from the bottom of the menu list).
- Enter the information needed to send a transcript to yourself, to another college/university, a prospective employer, or any business/agency, etc.
If you attended the College prior to 1980 and need your transcript sent to a college or university, please use the Transcript Request form located on the Alumni-Visitor page of our website.
Pensacola State College does not charge a fee for transcripts at this time.
If you have any unresolved obligation to the College (delinquent accounts, outstanding library or parking fines, incomplete admissions file), your transcript will not be released. You will be provided contact information for any outstanding obligation to the College when you access the online Transcript Request Form.
If you have any questions regarding the process for requesting a transcript, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 850.484.1617.
