Speakers' Bureau
The Pensacola State College Speakers’ Bureau provides a resource that is invaluable and free.
Professors, researchers, administrators and alumni volunteers from Pensacola State provide lectures and guest presentations to professional and community organizations, public and private schools, and businesses free of charge with a broad range of expertise. These qualified individuals may be available, schedule permitting to speak on subjects spanning business ethics, political science, music history, philosophy and religion, spirituality and self-awareness, and art appreciation to name a few.
If you cannot find a topic that fits your needs, or have additional questions about the scheduling process contact Sandra Vick (850) 484-1400, svick@pensacolastate.edu; or Thom Botsford (850) 484-1447, tbotsford@pensacolastate.edu.
Allow a minimum of three weeks before your publicity deadline to make arrangements for a speaker. The organization is responsible for providing audio/visual (A/V) equipment as needed.
Two weeks prior to your event a coordinator with the Speakers’ Bureau will call to finalize arrangements. Following the lecture, you will be sent an electronic feedback form. This will help us to continue to improve the program.
Thank you for using the Pensacola State College Speakers’ Bureau for your programming needs.
If you are a Pensacola State faculty or staff member and would like to participate in the Speakers’ program e-mail contact Sandra Vick at svick@pensacolastate.edu.
All speakers are involved on a volunteer basis. Speaking engagements are made by the Pensacola State English and Communications Department.
