PJC Faculty Honored for Excellence
1/26/2007 Pensacola Junior College announces the 2006-2007 inductees of the Teaching Excellence Award.

They are Rodney Garrett, full-time, associate professor of speech; Michael Gilbert, full-time, assistant professor of history; Todd Neuman, full-time, associate professor of English; Blaine Wall, full-time, assistant professor of English; Susan Myers, adjunct, instructor of art; Carla Williams, outstanding new faculty, math instructor.

Past PJC President Charles Atwell established the Academy of Teaching Excellence in 1986 to recognize outstanding faculty with the Teaching Excellence Award. Full-time and adjunct faculty members are inducted annually. In 1994, the Academy also began to honor one outstanding new faculty member each year.
