PJC Pool Reopens
11/22/2005 Repairs on Pensacola Junior College’s pool went swimmingly well, so much so the Recreation & Leisure Aquatics Program reopens Monday, Dec. 5, with an open swim – just in time to burn pumpkin pie calories and get in shape for the remaining holiday season.

The open-swim program, which runs through Feb. 1, increases strength and flexibility, builds endurance, increases circulation, strengthens the heart, improves muscular balance, tones and shapes muscles, rehabilitates muscle movement, provides stress relief, and much more. It revives your energy, is a great deal of fun, and provides social interaction with others – people just like you. Cost is $30.

Regular courses resume Jan. 9.

To register and for more information, call 484-1797.
