Correcting Performance Problems. 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 6. Class provides modeling and practice in how to hold discussions with employees about unacceptable behavior. $79.

Managing Your Priorities. 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 20. Provides awareness and skills needed to make better decisions about daily work and techniques to help deal with complex, interpersonal relationships. $79.

Personal Strategies for Navigating Change. 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 3. Learn to share leadership responsibilities, take initiative and ride the crest of change. $79.

After All, You’re the Supervisor. 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 11. Learn to acknowledge your supervisory role, embrace challenges and offer clarity and balance to the team. $129.

Diversity: Food for Thought. 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 30. Course teaches managers and employees that when differences are valued discrimination decreases and productivity increases. $64.

Give ’Em the Pickle. 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 1. Based on Bob Farrell’s book, the class shares secrets of how to best take care of your customers. $49.
