Pensacola Junior College’s Culinary and Hospitality Management program has started its reservation process for dining that runs Feb. 10 through April 29 in the Culinary Dining Room on the Pensacola campus.
Students in the program will serve dinner on Mondays and lunch Wednesdays and Thursdays. The Monday dinner is a six-course meal featuring classically prepared dishes. Wednesday lunch is served banquet-style with the cuisine changing each week as the students study cuisines of the world. Thursday lunch offers an a la carte menu.
Lunch is $10, and dinner is $18.
To participate in the random reservation process, send an e-mail to culinarytickets@pjc.edu. Make sure to include your name and phone number in the text. You must send an e-mail to the culinary tickets account by Jan. 4 to be placed in the random selection.
The computer randomly selects the e-mails. Winners are notified by e-mail and then contacted by phone to discuss dates/times and the number in the party. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted for reservations.
Reservations are not accepted by voice mail or in person.
