Students who wish to earn their high school diploma at Pensacola State Collegiate High School

Admissions Checklist for High School students

1. Apply for admission

  • Visit the Collegiate High School website for information and admission requirements.
  • Students who are 16-17 years of age will need to obtain an official withdrawal form from their current high school prior to enrolling at PSC.
  • Complete the high school application and return it to PSC’s Collegiate High School in Building 11, located on the Pensacola Campus.

2. Activate your Spyglass and Pirate Mail

  • Login to your Spyglass account to access your student records, register and pay for classes, check your financial aid status, and more.
  • Pirate Mail is the official method of communication used by college administration and faculty and it is your responsibility to check your college email regularly.

4. Submit test scores

  • Students who have not passed the required statewide assessments to graduate from high school must take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) prior to withdrawing from their current high school.
  • Students should contact the Collegiate High School Student Services Office at 850-484-2177 for more information. Pay the $20 testing fee in the Cashier’s Office.

5. Parent Approval

  • Parental approval is required for students who are 16-17 years of age. Obtain your parent’s signature on the Parent Agreement section of the application form.

 

6. Attend Orientation/Registration

  • Students must attend a Collegiate High School Orientation to register for classes. Contact the Collegiate High School Student Services Office at 850-484-2177 to schedule an appointment.

7. Pay for classes and purchase textbooks

  • Pay your $30 tuition fee through your Spyglass account or in the Cashier’s Office
  • Rent or purchase textbooks online or at Milton, Pensacola, or Warrington Campuses.

8. Get your Student ID card and decal

  • Bring a copy of your class schedule, vehicle registration, and photo ID to the Public Safety Office on any campus to get your free ID card and parking decal.
